I feel like this condition is a bit too easy to meet since you can use Strength, Hanged Man, Tower, Death, or even glass cards

If you wanna make it a bit harder, make it so no 3s or 4s (forest)

||yes if you get this and have no 3 in deck does nothing, if theres less than 4 your mult will go down (0.25 = mult decreased by 75%, 0.5 = mult decreased by half, 0.75 = mult decreased by 25%)||

Scaling could be good. Up to 0.3X for every 3 in the deck starting at 1X.
