What I mean by the title is that when a joker like " To do list, Mail in rebate, Ancuent joker, castle, The idol, etc " Show a "Gros Michel" style message about what card, suit, or hand type he switches to. It also occurs to me that In the head blind of "The Eye" it shows what types of hands you have already played (my dad plays Balatro and usually gets distracted and loses because of that lmao)

Yes, it tells you but only when you hold the cards, so if you forget that you played that hand and try to look for it again you will realize that you already played it when you have no more discards.
