This is a really interesting concept, actually. Might have less use initially (early econ doesn't always support buying out the jokers in the shop), but could lead to an interesting tycoon vouchers/Flash Card/Astronomer+Constellation build, for instance

The intention was always to have someone else do art.
if no one volunteers, I have a few artist friends who I can either commission or trade favors with, but if the original author of the idea has a specific design in mind for the card, that's always better.
