Neptune(straight flush) upgrades flush, straight flush and straight

Pluto still upgrades only high card

I think it'd be better if it went the other way around really

So like straight flush feeding flush & straight

Might just be a me thing but I generally gravitate towards lower value planets because they're more consistent, meaning neptune, mars and etc don't get a lot of actions
