All cards are drawn face down but cards will have a 75% chance to retrigger when played, and can retrigger again but the probability goes down by 25% per trigger on a card.
This might sound confusing so here’s an example:
Play a pair of 2’s
First 2 triggers once, then twice bringing the probability down to 50%,
Then for the next card scored the probability of extra retriggers goes back up to 75%
