Does it level up one specific hand type? Or is it distributed into different hand types

So it'll random up two times total per round, across random hands

It can hit the same one twice, but isnt a guarantee

I am considering making it just -1 hand, or 3 per round, but idk.. this was a very spitball idea

i dont think -1 of both hands and discards are worth levelups of a random hand

blue stake+ if u get this earlygame and want like level 10 u hold this for 5ish rounds with 1 DISCARD AND THREE HANDS

and then it levels up ur straight flush and 4oak

and ur earlygame . have done no deckfixing
