Midas Mask / Sock and Buskin incompatibility

Hey there! This is my current run pictured below. Sock and Buskin (Retrigger all played face cards) does retrigger Photograph, which reads "First played face card gives x2 mult when scored" -- however, I do not get a second Midas Mask retrigger, whose description reads "All played face cards become Gold cards when scored"

I think either Midas Mask should be included in Sock and Buskin (and presumably hanging chad, if the same issue persists) OR the word "played" should be changed in Midas Masks description? As you can see, I have Vampire in this build, so these four Jokers together were my whole engine and Midas Mask not retriggering is a huge hinderance. Thanks!

I think this happens because Midas effect is triggered on played hand event and not on played card event, so there's not such effect as retrigger played hand therefore this will never work. Midas works in a weird way

Yeah I’m still kind of new to this so I just learned about the difference in that. I think the description could be changed to something like “on a played hand, face cards become gold” etc. im not necessarily “upset” with it not working, just the description being too close to something like photograph that does work
