Sorry for the small image but there shouldn't be any jokers that can cause this as far as I'm aware. Until I was able to get 3 hearts and 2 spades together of the same rank the game wouldn't recognize it as five of a kind despite it not being a flush either time. This happened yesterday so I can't remember what jokers/vouchers I had but still I'm pretty sure this shouldn't happen

You most likely had 4 fingers, a joker that when you have 4 cards of the same suit, turns whatever hand you are playing to also be the flush varient instead of needing 5
Oh perhaps, but still isn't this a conflict since both hands are valid yet it automatically gives preference to the lower value hand?
Oh wait maybe flush five is higher value. Still I feel like there should be an option to play either hand
