After Play or Discard, always draw at least 2 cards.

Thought of it based on all the suggestions for a joker based on the Serpent. Didn't want to make it too strong though. Thoughts?

I think it's really difficult to go about balance with this one. But as a Uncommon one I could see this be "draw at least 3 cards" even

I can see the upshot of only two, but that's really only helpful for 3OAK or two pair builds

Having the floor be two means this is only beneficial for single discards, and single discards are rarely a good play as-is

If buffing it to 3, I'd want to rename it, since part of why it was 2 was because of a forked tongue of a snake having 2 forks

I think it functioning similar to The Serpent (without the downside) would be enough

Could call it "Marotte" which is the type of sticks jesters are seen holding, with a jester's head on it.
I like this depiction in particular because it shows a three-pointed hat on both the jester and the marotte as well, tying a connection to the three card minimum draw
