This idea has been suggested before but the counterpoint was that it would be good deck fixing. By making it appear so late, I think that counteracts that and makes this lowkey balanced
Though 6 might be a smidge too late, ante 5 and above should be okay

This doesn't change the amount of hands or discards you get to work with, so 1.5x or 2x would be fair
