One nerf that could help if this is too busted could be to just retrigger the Enhancement, but that doesn't work with Wild Cards so idk

@drowsy quail this joker is currently the idea with the highest score in the nomination thread, so it is my next target for implementation. See https://discord.com/channels/1116389027176787968/1384642418271326218 for details.

If you have an objection to my implementing it, please make it known. Otherwise, I'll go ahead and make it, and you will be credited for the idea in the mod UI (once I get that functional) and the readme.

I will be implementing the Joker, but if you have additional work or input (such as art assets) please forward them to me, otherwise I'll be creating my own art for it, and I cannot guarantee it will be any good, I suck at art.

I think rare is perfect for this

It's more powerful than dusk and so on uncommon full hand retriggers. And arguably takes a longer to be most effective
