I skipped for charm tags on the anaglyph deck and then quit out, and when I came back the pack had no arcana cards and I wasn't able to skip either, effectively putting me in a softlock and having to restart the run.

please look for other bug reports with a key word like "softlock" or "pack" to see if anyone else has already reported before you
