It's a bit of a path to get these jokers on this seed, so I'll go step by step.
Don't skip any blinds; playing through them gives you the money you'll need.
Shop 1) Buy Gripper. It's not required, but it'll be helpful in the long run.
Shop 2) Skip. Don't buy anything.
Shop 3) Open the Jumbo Jimbo Pack to grab Mail-In Rebate. Then, open the smaller Jimbo Pack; there will be a Brainstorm (and Satellite) in that one. In the next hand, discard five rightmost cards, twice (trust me).
Shop 4) This one's a bit more complicated, so I'll break it down even further:
-Reroll, then buy and use the Hermit. Do not grab the Ancient Joker yet.
-Open the Spectral pack; inside there should be an Ankh. Ditch Mail-In Rebate, then use the Ankh.
-After using the Ankh, you should have two Brainstorms. Buy the Ancient in the shop.
-Buy the Jimbo Pack. Inside there is a Seltzer.
