A bug involving the Turtle Bean and the Crimson Heart allows us to permanently increase our Hand Size. From there, the Ectoplasm Spectral Card gives us extra Joker Slots. With enough Jokers, we score naneinf with the Idol (and Dusk) instead of the Baron.
