I think I found a bug, or maybe I misunderstood how the coupon works.
I purchased 10 Blank coupons but didn’t unlock the coupon next to it.

You may have bought some in a challenge rather than a normal, unseeded run

For some reason, they visually increase this counter, but they don't actually help with unlocking it
