I had 6 double tags built up from Anaglyph deck and skipped a blind to open several Spectral Packs. I opened 2 of them, and quit out before choosing my 3rd one. When I choose to continue the game, the cards from the Spectral Packs are not displayed and I cant skip, so I am stuck on this screen and need to restart my run
