the first rare tag gives you a invisible joker, in the next shop an ankh is found in the spectral pack, after a couple of rerolls in the nex round theres a blueprint.
now heres a thing, the invisible will duplicate itself and after another two rounds, it will duplicate the blueprint.
in ante 4 (or 3, i dont remember exactly where) arcana skip theres a chicot if you want it (might be useful is youre playing with bloodstone as me in the screenshot because the very next boss blind is the head)
i havent played it to go further than that and i dont know what else can be found, might be an op seed
