Not really a bug I guess but rather an inconsistency.
I came across this at Verdant Leaf. With all cards being debuffed, Seeing Double did not trigger, but Flower Pot did. In the change logs you will find that Flower Pot did not trigger until 1.0.1f as well.
Also the wording on the Jokers is slightly different: "has" v "contains". Not sure if this is intentional?

Technically not a bug since flower pot was specifically made to work with debuffed cards.

Maybe it is intentional. But will all cards being debuffed and one Joker is triggered while the other one is not. It just felt a bit weird.

I can see why it feels weird, but it was done so flower pot wasn’t neutered by all 4 boss blinds regarding suits.
