A general purpose content mod. Adds jokers, blinds, things like that.
Mod plans to add whatever ideas fall out of my brain.
(also plans to add a lot of cross mod Stuff TM)
Currently, in total, there are 7 Jokers, 2 Decks, 4 vouchers, 2 seals, 2 consumables, and 1 tag.

i could make an alternate version of this that makes eternal jokers but doesn't need room, that would be wacky
stack 1500 jokers at the expense of being unable to get rid of any detrimental ones and not being able to buy any jokers from the shop

had to restart from the last published version so Energy Warning is no longer in the mod h
that's ok, it's a simple effect

finally released 2 new jimbos: Scratch Off and Energy Warning, go have fun, this is NOT OPTIONAL, have fun NOW.
