I think I could have got much further, but I coudln't find an eternal negative joker to complement the Mandess jokers (You can find a negative Hanging Chad in the shop, but its not eternal)

This is 100% vanilla btw, I have no mods on

Where do you find the first Madness?

the best one to get is in the ante 2 first shopby rerolling, you can pick up an invisible joker in ante 1, and the ante 2 madness will destroy the mail in rebate instead of the invisible joker; right before an ankh in the second shop

you get 3 madness immediately

Actually I made all the copies with Ankhs

I dont remember finding any invisible jokers in my run
