Weird ass seed. Nat negative stencil in your first buffoon pack, ankh follows soon after. Invisible shows up somewhere in ante 3 I think, and eternal BP is in the ante 7 buffoon packs. You can probably find an ecto if you go harder with sixth sense. This was without any ectos used at all

in ante 2 you can skip the first spectral pack and use your rerolls for the ankh, which gets you another round with sixth sense
the sixth sense doesn't give you anything particularly good though
