Try this without any mods active and with steamodded disabled.

Both can cause random issues like this

I can only assume that the clock widget you have is due to modding with steamodded

This might be a bug in Steamodded. Heads up that if you're only using SystemClock, you can remove Steamodded - it only requires Lovely to work

If it is a steamodded exclusive bug, you could do a bit of testing to ensure that it is, then make an issue report on the github page, issues usually get resolved within a week or so, potentially depending on severity
