Yorick Half-Locked After Discovery

Hi,

There's a visual glitch with Yorick on Steam. His status in the Collection is still "Locked" with ????? for the name and gray chains background, after I've finally found him in the unseeded run in the Anaglyph deck (that was my last undiscovered Joker to unlock). The achievement for full discovery has popped up fine with Jokers discovered shown as 150/150, however that half-locked image appears every time I start up a game and in the Collection (see screenshot). And I'd rather see a happy Jimbo face there after all the effort, lol.

First time I've unlocked Yorick in the Challenge run where it didn't count, so it might be related. Also, I'm not the only one with this issue, there's this guy on Reddit from last year: https://www.reddit.com/r/balatro/comments/1getqop/have_i_unlocked_yorick_or_not/

P.S. Thanks for making Balatro, amazing 230 hours for me so far.

I havent seen something like this before

Ill try finding a legendary in a challenge to see if that worked. The reddit one if made 1 year ago most likely didnt use mods so I probably dont have to ask if yall used any point of playing

Just to be clear, I'm playing on PC, but that guy on Reddit I've quoted is playing on Mobile, so the issue is relevant for all platforms, and my best guess is few people do challenges (based on steam stats for achievements), so most people avoid the bug because they encounter all of the Legendaries at least once in the unseeded runs first.

This thing has haunted me for a few months, but I found solution at last (posting this for anyone who runs into it later). No mods required! Obviously this will only work for PC.

1. Install 7zip and Notepad++
2. Follow instructions here: https://www.reddit.com/r/balatro/comments/1b0zlml/you_can_edit_your_save_if_you_have_lost_a_save/
3. Find Yorick (in my case), change its defaults for "unlocked" and "discovered" from "false" to "true", save in Notepad++, then confirm the changes in 7zip.
4. Launch Balatro, the background is fixed now.
5. Change Yorick defaults back to "false", and repeat. Your local save file is now updated and should still show proper background (it does for me), but the game code is vanilla again and ready for any future Balatro patches.
