Hey, I think there's a lot of good ideas in this mod, and the vast majority of it fits pretty nicely into vanilla balance. I do want to make a couple of suggestions for the purposes of balance.
-Monochromatic Joker feels extremely powerful, especially for an uncommon. Sure, it's only a 1/8, but it can snowball extremely hard if you get it and a Blueprint/Brainstorm, Oops, or Stacked Odds early on, because all it takes is one hit to alleviate a large part of the opportunity cost of taking it (or the entire opportunity cost if you got the probability boost from Stacked Odds) and then it's just pure value for no opportunity cost. I personally would suggest making it incompatible with BP/BS at the very least, to better balance the opportunity cost to value ratio.
-Negative cards are always pretty sticky to balance, since once you get one, there's nothing stopping you from proliferating it to your whole deck, and then suddenly every build is a held in hand build, unlike with jokers where negative is removed from copies. I'm not sure if it's possible, but I would recommend seeing if there's some way to remove negative from copies of the negative card, or alternatively I would suggest adding a downside to taking Denial.
