I wouldn't expect using Reroll Boss to consume a Spectral Tag if the pack had already been opened. This was done on Android (1.0.1o-FULL (M)).
Possibly replicable by using a Spectral Tag while you have a Double Tag, then using Reroll Boss while a pack is open, after acquiring Director's Cut.

Surprisingly not reported often but I remember seeing it a few times, especially since I first remember finding the bug myself so many months ago
Its a weird bug but its cause it uses code similar to reroll tag and so it triggers the next tag after using it. Hopefully fixed whenever Localthunk starts to do bug updates

I've only just found it in over 300 hours of play, it's very situational
I went for the Reroll Boss button because I was hoping to find Immolate money in one of the packs to save me from Violet Vessel, and I was playing a High Card build so I wasn't as fussed about my deck contents

If you didnt have mods on you wouldve crashed from that, its a pretty goofy bug lol
