I'm pretty sure cards are drawn directly from deck to hand with pseudorandom, so Marked seems like a pretty complicated card to make

I mean, they all seem kinda complex, I just can't imagine how this one will work

Upon investigation, and discussing with the people in #⚙・modding-general and #💻・modding-dev, the above cards are possible to implement. I'll begin work soon.

mis-indexed will be very painful (esp. with other mods), as will blank (it's just hard to implement without lagging the game)

I'll try a bunch of things and see what works.

I'll try to make it compatible with other mods, but that's not guaranteed. Furthermore, I'll try to make blank not lag so hard lol
