Was in ante 16 of a run and had a small enough deck that when I played the last cards I could (0 remaining in deck) with 3 hands left to play the game crashed. Relaunched, reopened the run, did the same thing and the game crashed again. However when I played 3 cards individually, with a fourth card remaining in my deck at the end of the last hand, the game did not crash and my run ended

This is because you were on the Cerublean Bell boss and since it tries to pick a card in hand to force select when you dont have one it crashed
