Hello, I just reinstalled my game on mobile ios and I seem to have lost all of my progress. I was under the impression thered be cloud syncing when I log into my apple games account, is this not a thing?

I reinstalled due to a bug which softlocked me in a tarot card booster pack, hoping to fix the softlock.
