After starting a profile and then using unlock all, it doesn’t actually do anything besides disabling achievements, and all is not unlocked.
Is this an intended feature/visual, or an already known bug?

What do you mean by all is not unlocked? It unlocks all jokers, decks and difficulties. The stats you see on your screen you still have to obtain yourself. Hope I understood correctly.

The collection is quite obviously not 100% unlocked, a normal ‘unlock all’ profile would have all 340 collectibles unlocked and collected.
