So I'm trying to mess with my modlist and I tried to continue a run that crashed and then I got this mess. How in the hell did this happen.

If this was only when you started a previously started run I'd suggest changing profiles and trying a new run there and repeating it to see if its simply a glitch with going back to an old run and if it's on startup I don't even freaking know what could cause that

ok the profile part isn't important it's just the "continuing A run" part

That's weird as hell well I can't help right this moment I have to go do something but I hope you manage to fix it or get help
