this mod removes the arbitrary 2.5s disabling on all button inputs when you skip
i honestly can't find the reason for this hackfix, so i'm kinda outsourcing the search to find what exactly this skip delay is needed for
expect issues, but if you find any, pls tell

I'm not quite sure but this may be a general debounce, although I thought the debounce was per element

very much intended to stop inputs altogether
and it feels quite bad so thunk must have had a good reason for it
