This slow bug is just lag
maybe you have something in the background slowing your computer down or something, but that is just low fps amounts from something

at my dads house
i have a second monitor
and it works perfectly fine there
(also my only backround apps were medal and discord)
but whenever i use my main monitor screen, even if im at my dads, it still goes slow
my graphics driver is fully updated (GeForce)
it started to happen after i switched the game to windowed mode, but switching it from windowed doesnt fix it

Idk then, because from what you show me this is just lag. Maybe youve had the computer open for a while and it is being slow for that, or some other reason, but the answer for what the bug is, is lag

nah theres been times where i just opened the computer and it didnt do anything
again, under the same wifi, it was either slow or not slow, all depending if it was on the other monitor

but i know this isnt lag
simply because every single other game is fine
no apps are lagging
if i watch a vid, it doenst lag or anything
everything BUT balatro isnt having issues

Its the same effect as low fps, did you maybe change it to be at lower fps or something?
