Buy the Arcana Pack in the second Ante 1 shop to get a Soul Spectral Card which will give a nat negative Trib.
Beware though, the Ante 6 boss is The Plant and I didn't find a Luchador/Director's Cut, I didn't reroll much in the shop and I didn't take any voucher skip as I was in Gold Stake and didn't have a good money engine, so I ended up losing the run, but maybe there's a workaround to this or something
