How it works:
You acquire this joker, it does nothing, and it gets destroyed at the end of the round.
The next time you see it in the shop, it gives x2 Mult and gets destroyed at the end of the round. After that, it gives you x3 Mult and then gets destroyed. Then x4 Mult, then x5 Mult, etc.
Joker must be destroyed; selling it won't work. It will trigger it destroyed by other means however (Dagger, Ankh, etc.)
