#New Upgrade System Idea: Perks

How perks work:

  • they will show up after every boss blind

  • you can choose between 2 random perks, or reroll them for $10.

  • Perks will upgrade specific aspects of your run, specific jokers, consumable cards and so on.

For example;

Perk 1: - Remaining Discards will now give $1 at the end of a blind

Perk 2: - Rare Jokers show up more often in the shops.

Perk 3: - Jokers with editions now have double their sell values

Perk 4: - If you play a specific suit flush, draw only that suit again in the next hand if you have the cards available.

Perk 5: - Planet cards will now provide 2 levels instead of 1

Perk 6: - Empress and hierophant can now enhance 3 cards instead of 2

And so on, there could be multiple other perks in the game that improve your run, and add more variety to the game. Lmk what yall think of this idea!

Note: there could also be new vouchers relating to the perks feature. For example, a voucher that lets you see 3 perks at once, or lets you choose 2 perks at once, or let the first perk reroll be free etc.

I'm gonna jokers_deli react to this because something like this is so unvanilla and would completely rework the entire game. It's somewhat neat though and maybe as a mod
