In a run earlier today, I bought Wee Joker from the shop. At some point, purchased a Spectral Pack which had an Ankh, upon using it Wee Joker spawned again in my joker bar - with the sticker of wee joker upsized and off the card's original profile on the top right - as if it was a normally sized card. This is a minor visual bug that does not affect game performance - likely tied to sprite assets spawning in the wrong place with the wrong sizing constraint
edit: after looking over previous bug reports this likely is not isolated to PC but also andrioid/ios versions
This issue also appears when using invisible joker to spawn another wee joker
