I still have all the jokers and all the decks. However I am missing all my stake progression and my achievements. I also have 0 wins and 0 games played. I used to have gold stake on checkered deck and just unlocked purple stake on abandoned deck, maybe a couple hours before moat of my profession was lost.
I have emailed support but it's been about a week with no reply. Images are attached:

This has happened to me (Steam), at least one other person on Steam as mentioned in the bug report thread on the Steam forums and someone on I think console who filed a bug report here

I'm someone else who had the issue on Steam. Your best shot is uninstalling, reinstalling and hoping the cloud save has your game progress as it was and wasn't updated to this. Mine wasn't, but a player managed to get it back.

Audio problem on iPhone, no sound
After turning the master volume all the way down and back up again a couple times (because I want to listen to a podcast sometimes) the audio has broken completely now and there is no sound coming from anything. headphones or the built in iPhone speakers.
To try and solve this I’ve already turned my phone off and on again, check for an update, and ive tried to mess with the other volumes. None of these steps have worked

They even said to not try playing
Which is ridiculous considering they haven't actually told me if there's even a fix being worked on
So I'm just going to ignore it af start over. I still have all the decks and all the jokers
I basically get a fresh profile with all unlocks without cheating
