i have vscode but I'm brand new to modding. downloaded Lua editors and did some research on lovely. nothing helps still confused. im trying to make some of the values constant numbers as well. Send help!!!

if you just want to change the existing ones you can use smods to override the localization https://github.com/Steamodded/smods/wiki/Localization (I don't remeber exactly what the name of these are but iirc they have quip in the name)
id you want to add mroe you need to both add them to localization and make a lovely patch to select them
I guess this line in functions/state_events.lua for win
