I used the photograph card multiple times. It's my last discoverable joker card. Thought I was going nitrs. But as the screenshots suggest it wasn't a seeded run, and when you see the card it doesn't show "not discovered"

are you saying that you are trying to discover photograph? In the first screenshot it shows you as having unlocked photograph (top row, 3rd joker)
The joker that's undiscovered is Stone Joker, and for that you need to have at least 1 stone card in your deck
