I know at least the effect is possible, I've increased the amount of selectable cards from magician using a modified version of the Wilder mod (#1331203172756361238 message), I just can't figure out what I need to do to make it a Joker

I'd prefer to make the idea myself for free, although I'd certainly appreciate help in any aspect. Even concepting jokers for characters I haven't yet would be helpful
