#tarot pack use buttons blocked by cards and open in shop

I believe this occurred after I

  1. quit out the game in the middle of choosing a tarot card from the pack
  2. after re-entering the run I clicked on the joker card for sale
    I can't click the buttons that would let me use the tarot cards

It persists if i exit and re-enter the game
