Yeah, I've wondered what the game design reason for that is. Probably that they'd be too impactful at a rare power level. I think the tag is a fun one, as it also allows you to synergize it with double tags
Alternatively, scaling might be interesting if it starts with a low payout that doubles every trigger. Though that might get out of hand too quickly

Yeah but the transition to pixel art is a lot more effort for those jokers than what I do for Kino, haha. They're really good translations that use the pixel art medium so well. Especially the Balatro style of incorporating rule breaks regarding palettes and gloom, compared to more conventional pixel art

how gila works is that during joker_main it just checks if the current chips * current mult is equal to the blind requirement
so if its before like, your main mult joker, it doesnt proc
