I am pretty new to this game, but found this and made it to ante 12. Ankh lets you get double bloodstone ante 1 I think. Super fun seed, maybe someone can find a better way to play it? Seed: IFLPPLUV

Seltzer carried pretty hard late game, maybe deck managing for red seal on checkered would be better?
