i think 5 ghost just really doesnt need to be luck based. spectral cards arent super common unless you are ghost deck and even then this is meh.

just +5 mult when spectral card is used.

current smods version is 1.0.0 beta

while it is backward compatible (can load some basic functions from smods 0.9.8), I recommended fully switching to using 1.0.0 API
