Skip first 2 blinds for investment and coupon tags, beat first boss (The Pillar). In your first shop open the arcane pack for the hermit, and then do some rerolling. Pretty soon you will find your first invisible (And also a DNA a couple shops after, but i don't recommend picking it up as it will show up after). Take the invis and then couple blinds after open the first spectral pack which will have ankh. Sell all your jokers except for the invis and use it, then couple more rerolls after you should find your first blueprint, and then a bit later you woll find second DNA and another invis.

also i lost right after taking this screenshot so i have no idea what is going on in this seed after ante 4
