Here's a fun seed that has ante 39 potential but is a bit more challenging to pilot than most seeds like this. Here are some points about this seed that can help with getting to ante 39.
-Play on the plasma deck (highly recommended)
-Blueprint in the second shop
-Deja-vu in ante 2 mega spectral pack for red seal, wraith for invis joker to copy blueprint
-A lot of standard packs in the early antes have purple and blue seals which can help a lot
-Early DNA/Mime/Trading Card to help with deck fixing/econ/scoring (play steels)
-Omen Globe and Observatory come early in this seed
-Take luchador in the ante 8 buffoon pack to help get past the plant in ante 10.
-Arcana pack in ante 11 second shop has a negative perkeo
-Sixth sense in the ante 11 shop to get a cryptid if you want to go that route (magic trick voucher in ante 13 to help with 5s/6s)
-Baron doesn't show up until ante 17 so play steels until then
-Soul in ante 17 (not sure what it is though)
-Retcon comes late (voucher skips might help)
