I can't unlock the observatory voucher or the voucher after the crystal ball, the number wont go up even though the real number is probably over 200,

Please send a screenshot or video proving that this is the case. There might be a misunderstanding which is preventing them from incrementing. For example, you cannot make progress on these unlocks in seeded runs ( which the double yorick ante 3 in the background likely but not definitely is ).
