I recently finished a white stake black deck run and I finished won with a full house, one card containing a blue seal. When I went to endless mode, it did not trigger the blue seal and I did not receive a planet card going into ante 9. I'm unsure if this happens with other things that are triggered at the end of a round (like a held in hand gold card) as I've only seen this happen to the blue seal.

It was part of the full house. To my understanding, it should have triggered since it was part of the last hand played, and according to the description, it triggers either way so long as it's the final hand.

The description of the blue seal specifies that it must be held in hand at the end of the round for it to trigger. In this way it differs from the other seals. Cards that make up your final played poker hand are not considered to be held in hand, so the blue seal, in your case, did not trigger. You need to hold on to it and refrain from playing it to allow it to trigger (much like a gold or steel card).

That's odd. I could have sworn having played a blue seal on the final hand other rounds on different runs and having it still give the planet card.
