PC Gamepass Visual Glitch

I downloaded this game for the first time ever on game pass today and i was right away met with this really weird visual glitch which makes all the buttons and options COMPLETLEY UNREADABLE. I'm really sad about this cause this game looks really cool. My biggest suspissipn for the issue is my graphics card, in searching for a fix to this I found a lot of posts on reddit and this server as well detailing the same issue, the one common factor between everyone having the issue is their PC having an NVIDIA Quadro Graphics card. I have the NVIDIA Quadro RTX 4000. I'm hoping someone has the answer to this bug on a mod sees this because dealing with this has been quite frustrating.

Looks like the gpu isn’t optimized for gaming,

“NVIDIA Quadro graphics cards are primarily designed for professional applications such as CAD, 3D modeling, and scientific simulations. While they can technically run games, they are not optimized for gaming performance.”

I use to run it without any issue so far. I have ~40 hours played time on it and it just recently start doing that. Would love to identify the issue and find a solution

Select this global preset on the NVIDIA control panel. I'm using RTX A2000, this fixed the unreadable button issue.

Other presets might also work, but I didn't check.
