Mr. Bones did not save my run from running out of cards

In my run I had a very small deck size so I was able to play my entire deck before running out of hands/discards. I had 25% of the score needed for mr bones to hit before playing my final cards and when I did, Mr. bones still triggered as he usually should when saving you, but I ended with a game over screen
